The Her Vision to Impact STEM Mentorship Program (HVI-STEM) is designed to help young women transition from aspiration to impact. Through structured group training sessions and personalized one-on-one mentorship with experienced women in STEM, participants gain the skills, confidence, and network needed to build successful STEM careers.
This initiative is a collaboration between STEM Girls Connect, STEM Women Powerhouse, and Meet the Girl Cameroon — three organizations committed to advancing women in STEM across Africa.

Graduate with a certificate jointly signed by all partner organizations upon successful program completion.

Young women aged 15–25 with a science background, holding at least a GCE Ordinary Level certificate with science subjects. You must have access to a smartphone or computer with reliable internet. Open to applicants across Cameroon.
Yes! The HVI-STEM Mentorship Program is completely free for all selected participants.
